This piece depicts Donna Franca Florio at Taverna Rossa in the Grand Hotel Ritz (now Palazzo dei Congressi), which is located in Salsomaggiore, Italy. Donna Franca Florio was considered a fashion icon during the Art Nouveau period. I created this piece for a fun illustration contest conducted by Draw A Dot. and Weloooooveit.
