Nature and bright bold colors are elements that I frequently use in my work, so it’s no surprise that I was drawn to this piece from Matthew Williamson’s Spring 2015 show. I adore the red, blue, and white palm leaf pattern on this jumpsuit. Although I was tempted to echo the colorful palm leaf motif in the the background of this illustration, I opted to draw bamboo in an array of blue shades.

Yes, the bamboo in arrayed blue suits the lady in all of her grandeur perfectly! She looks as if she will dance from the frame at any moment! Love it!
